NControl Policies

• The deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable & valid for one year. No refunds are issued for payments made.
• Any cancellation or scheduling change requested within 72 hours of the scheduled date, there will be a $75 rescheduling fee for driving sessions and Car Control Clinic which will be processed on the card on file. Same day cancellations will be $100 fee.
• Payments are separated and processed the morning of the session, any sessions scheduled for the weekend, payments will be processed on the Friday before.
• Service Fees are applicable for any unpaid session and or sessions after 1 week and initial $25 dollar charge is processed and daily charges of $10 until payment is made in full.
